The ancient Tower, renovated in accordance with its ancient origins, has an inside area of 50 square metres, composed of two rooms with traditional vaulted ceilings and a bathroom with a jacuzzi.

I visited Torretta San Martino with my Girlfriend back in July and we were blown away. So much so that I am currently sat by the swimming pool right now reviewing it 5 weeks later as we are back! Giovanni, first of all, is a great host, his communication before both of our trips was second to none and we felt welcomed before we had even arrived. Once we arrived, he and his son Ronnie were there to greet us and give us the grand tour! And what a tour it was!! Ronnie gave us the tour in excellent English and made sure that we understood everything and had access to everything that we required. Wonderful hosts, they also answered a couple of questions that we had throughout our trip. The villa is incredible with every facility that anyone would require on a break like this!

... The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we could want and there was plenty of Italian coffee for me which is what I need each morning to kick start my day! Drinking a coffee and eating juicy local fruits each morning outside the pool was a highlight, then moving to the sun beds to soak up the Italian sun during the day. Each afternoon we would cook lunch outside by the pool in the outdoor cooking facilities whilst drinking a Prosecco in absolutely incredible surroundings, both immediately within the walls of the villa and swimming pool and the surrounding land. The location is absolutely idyllic, it’s quiet but also very close to local towns to grab anything that you need. Finally, the villa and it’s facilities are clean and hygienic with the pool and the gardens tended to each day. Congratulations Giovanni and Ronnie, your place is wonderful and I will be more than glad to give you an equally outstanding review on our third stay here! 11/10

En un mot comme en 100, la maison est magnifique. Nous y avons passé de belles vacances aussi bien pour la qualité et le confort de la maison et de son environnement, pour sa situation idéale dans la région et pour la tranquillité et la beauté de la propriété dans son ensemble (piscine, équipements, jardins). This is the most beautiful villa both inside and out. The building, interiors and outside pool / bar / sunbathing area is all brand new and thoughtfully designed. The private outdoor pool with hydro massage was absolutely stunning and it was a fabulous place to be from morning breakfast right through to evening drinks. Inside the kitchen was well stocked, the bedroom was beautiful, and the bathroom was lovely with the biggest rain shower (and hot tub!) ever! Giovanni and his son were lovely and helpful throughout our stay; they welcomed us at 11pm and gave us a great tour in English and communication was fab throughout. We highly recommend this villa!

On the Bari-Brindisi Highway (SS379 of Egnazia and of Le Terme di Torre Canne) take the Torre Spaccata/viabilità di servizio exit.
Turn right and continue along the SP6 until the roundabout. Take the first exit and continue for 350m along the SS16,
turning right into the Strada Comunale S. Martino di Tours. After about 70m you will find Torretta San Martino on your right.
